We have a strong desire to start our regular issue of TJ with the message that world financial crisis started to diminish and now we have nothing to be afraid of, and we will enjoy a brighter future. Despite the fact that Russia was one of those few nations which have put up a stubborn defense against all the horrors of the world financial system collapse it was also affected by crisis. Mass lay offs were followed by depreciation of national currency. However, even that problem is not the major one. Previously we were finding our escapement of denomination in dollar though today it is irrelevant. Nobody doubts that there is still a fleeting panacea in the US’s currency but the prospects of wmz are far from being optimistic. Hence the problems in which currency to save money and what will be with US dollar are still relevant. In our December issue of TJ we decided to clear the situation to resolve the question: wmz, or wme, or wmr once and forever.
