Finally came 2009, next to last year in the first decade of the second millennium. Being a difficult one it has left us a lot of remembrances the major part of which were darkened by the financial crisis, leaving of some payment systems, influence reassignment on the mobile payment market and other events. However Internet was always growing and developing only owing to the optimists and it means that further we will see its growth and development. IT industry has made millions of people worldwide to remember logins and passwords to blogs and e-mails, accesses to e-wallets and to arrange daily coffee-drinking before the monitor and to look through the news sites and other things which cannot be omitted. In other words we can forget about all the problems and move further since development dynamics growth and is not going to stop.

In the first issue of the 2009 we alike other informative resources decided to sum up the past year. Marking out the main trends that remained in our memory in 2008 it was important for us to show the events that will become a basis for development of e-finances in 2009. In this issue of TJ you will learn about the events that have changed the development of virtual economy.

In addition to development of electronic finances 2008 has differed from the others with a rapid growth on the virtual labor market.
