If you need to make an exchange from PayPal e-currency to any other currency you need to pass the verification process. This is done for two reasons. PayPal does not allow anonymous actions from users. Trainex Service needs to verify the user details to avoid any fraudulent transfers. Once you get verified once you won’t need to get verified again. If you exchange any e-currency and wish to get PayPal in exchange you won’t need to pass any verification process.

Before any money sent towards Trainex Service accounts you should add the strongly required comment for the payment. The comment that should be entered before the transfer is completed should look as following: [Your First, Middle, Last name - Number of your ID/Passport, exchange wmz(*) -> PayPal / comment for the transfer (if needed)]

To start and pass the verification process you should send as minimum a scan of your Passport/ID which quality would be enough for reading and recognizing you as also you should include your phone number so we can contact you if any problems occur. Any information sent to Trainex Service are fully confidential and will not be distributed anywhere. Your private information can be distributed only if problem occur with your payment**. If the exchange is not completed you can ask for refund at any moment.

Exchange "from" and "to" MoneyBookers, e-gold, wmg, wme e-currencies are not allowed.

Western Union, Money Gram, Web Money (wmz, wmr), Perfect Money, Liberty Reserve, Wire transfers are allowed.
