To carry out transactions with WebMoney system you have to connect first e-Money department by ICQ 281-466-319 during working hours.

We offer you 2 variants of withdrawing (exchange into cash or another kind of e-currency) with WebMoney: exchange with a protection code or without it. The idea of the first variant is to transfer to our WMZ bank bag funds by means of protection code (protection code-is a unique safety code without which we are not able to receive money. This code has a validity period and on the expiry of it money is sent back to the sender’s purse). In commentaries for money transfer it is OBLIGATORY to point out information from sender’s identity documents (sender’s surname, first name, identity series and number). All the WebMoney transferred without this information will be sent back to your purse and at your cost. To receive cash in the office you must show your identification documents, and in the first case you should know the amount of money and the protection code, and in the second – the sender’s purse (it’s obligatory) and your commentary for money transfer.

For your convenience, we recommend to transfer money with our commission* not to get small denominations or change in different currencies. For example, if you want to get 100 USD, it’s necessary to transfer 101,5 WMZ. It’s possible to receive money transfer in 5 minutes after sending.

When placing (or exchanging cash into e-currency) with WebMoney, you have to inform e-Money department by ICQ 281-466-319 of the number of your purse in the system. After the complete prepayment of the amount of transfer and commission*, the funds will be transferred to your requisites (crediting comes after payment).

In order to avoid errors when crediting, we conduct all placing transactions only with protection code and validity period no less than 3 days. When the time expires, you are able to receive money back without repayment of commission for placing.
